On 8/06/2023 my company ordered 2 Hot sticks from this company and we did not receive them. We were using are grant ***** to order and paid in full for the hot sticks. My department purchased two hotsticks back on November 17, 2023. We have not yet received the product. I have tried emailing and calling with no answer from neither. I cannot believe this company that has been in business for 20 years can have such poor customer service. I have not received any tracking information either.Initial Complaint

Ordered the product online, They don't send a confirmation email. Following up today, there is no contact information on their website or company info, additionally, there is no way to cancel the order when logged into the account. All the *** directs you back to the account page where there is no options other than to see that you ordered an item .Initial Complaint

I purchased a Hotstick from their website and recipes the recipes with my card be charged. I have not received my item nor shipping information. I have tried calling multiple time and sending multiple email with no response. I need to purchase two more hotsticks and send one in for repair but I will not do so till I receive my first item that was purchased through the website.Initial Complaint

We have 4 of their products waiting for repair in their system.These items were first sent to their location for repair 260 days ago - November 2021. We were given a price for the repair and told they were just waiting for parts to arrive. We know they were having trouble sourcing parts but we have had no updates for several months. We have called, emailed and left voice mail and have had no contact with anyone from the company since April 21, 2022. Our last interaction with them was "We were out of repair parts as well for the units but have everything we need now." April 21, 2022 There has been no response for over 100 days even after many calls and messages from various employees, including our company president. Any contact from them would be ideal at this point. Initial Complaint

Sent the Hotstick item in for repair two months ago. According ***** ******* the owner the unit would repaired in 30 days. Then shipped to the provided address. In conversation with ***** ******* he acknowledged the receipt of the item on the agreed day witch would make it two months. I have tried on a number times over the last month to get a response from Hotstick U.S.A with no success. Each time I left my contact information for a return response and update.Business response

Was there a company name or fire department name linked to this repair and do you by any chance have the tracking information? We only have 4 repairs pending and I don't see one for this customer and these all just arrived in the past couple of weeks.
