Purchased 3 pair of specified tennis shoes from Sportskiks February 1-3. I have never received any communication or products. I have tried to contact with 13 emails, never returned message. My bank filed a complaint and they were told that the company says order was filled. Again, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT.Initial Complaint

On Feb. 2, 2024 I purchased Chiefs shoes for my wife. 5 weeks later they had not shipped. I contacted the company via online chat numerous times but they would not respond. After threatening to **** I got an email: "We ask that you please allow 2-3 weeks after your order is placed for your items to be produced and shipped to you. We take great pride in delivering the highest-quality products for our customers and thank you for your patience while we handcraft your order. After your order has been produced & shipped, please allow 1 additional week for your items to arrive to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking number 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not show data, please allow up to 48 hours for the information to appear. You can also track the status of your order on our "Order Locator " page at any time."This company is a SCAM and I have still never received my shoes or a refund.Initial Complaint

Sportskiks online I ordered tennis shoes on 2/1/24. Total including $27 expedite delivery fee $79.10. Which $79.10 was deducted from my bank on 2/2/24. I received one email saying they received my order then I never heard from to this day. This company is a fraud. They don't have a telephone number on their website. I am asking that their website be taken down. It's a total scam.Initial Complaint

Hello, I found SportsKiks on ************* I am a from *********** originally and they advertised a tennis shoes with SA among other cities ,so I went on the website it stated secure so I ordered a pair for $79.00 I believe on May 26 or 28th . The website stated once payment is received the shoes will be sent out with tracking within 3 to 5 business days. I waited until June 7th or so then contacted them . Enclosed are the emails that said they are working on them then the emails stopped and I even went on the website and asked questions but my questions were removed. So I asked for a refund and never got a response. Still haven't heard from them . I would just like a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

On January 6, 2023 I placed an order for a pair of sneakers on this website for 69.99. To date I have not received the product and they will not respond to my emails regarding my refund.
