I had issues with filing extensions- I filled out support form and within 5 minutes ********* returned my call. When you filed your tax extension with e.file-tax.net, you also opted in to a FileSmart membership which provides many year-round benefits including protection from IRS notices, Ask An Expert Tax advice, access to our library of resources such as Tax Courses and Budgeting tools and the ability to complete your tax return with our Do It Yourself tax software. There is a monthly membership fee associated with these services. You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account to manage your subscription. Please note that, per your request, we have canceled your FileSmart membership for you. Should you need further assistance, our customer service team can be reached at ********************.
