Purchased a used 2007 GMC *********** Cab from Cardinal Auto Sales *** located @ ******************************************************** on Friday 5/19/2023. ******************************* is the sales guy I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. During the test drive prior to purchase on 5/19/2023 I noticed some issues with the truck that were not in the vehicles website description. Issues were Passenger Headlight NOT working, the power folding mirrors did not fold open or fold close, and most importantly the power driver me seat did not function with regards to forward/ back motion. ********************************* immediately stated well take care of that for you those are simple fixes dont worry. The mechanic took my truck to some shop and returned with a new light bulb in the passenger headlight. The power folding mirrors they couldnt fix. Im ok with that no problem I can fix the mirrors myself or replace them. The Seat.. wow.. mechanic from Cardinal stated he needed to order New Rails as the game existing one was bad and asked me to make a return trip the following week Thursday 5/25/2023!as the replacement part would be in. I scheduled an appointment for the following day Friday 5/26/2023 and on arrival I was told Id receive a New Seat instead but it would match and everything would be ok. I waited @ the shop about 1hr and when the mechanic returned I had a completely different style seat that did not match, was dirty and gross, and I immediately expressed my frustration, disappointment, and that I didnt appreciate taking time off work to come to Cardinal Auto Sales for our previously agreed solution to simply be lied to and mislead. I made another appointment for today 6/01/2023 and waited @ the shop for 2.5hrs while seat fix was done. ******** returned with the original seat, but didnt attach the bottom cushion, left wire harnesses cut. A simple fix yea NO! Ive been more than patient and cordial, I asked for the owners info and Afries flat refused to provide me the information!Business response

We made several attempts to resolve the issue with the seat when the mechanic ordered the seat it was the same color different pattern. We asked the customer to leave the truck so we could resolve the issue but he is very difficult at that point we have had no more communication with the customer. pictures would not how the mirrors folding we attempted to fix as a goodwill but short of ording new mirrors nothing could be done.Mechanically the truck is great yes some cosmetic issues which were brought to our attention after the sale. We have exhausted all options with this customer and therefore have no other options.
