I purchased a Kirby 11/18/2022. The purchase price agreed upon was $1799 with a monthly payment of $74.00. I was to start paying 2/19/2023. When the payment date came it was more at $78.87 and the total of the vacuum was about $2859. This is not what I had agreed upon. I called the company of the payments and they said I had to talk to the distributor. I have tried to call multiple times with no response. I would like to get clarification on this and if we cannot agree on this amount then I would just like to give it back. I have no used since I was aware of this as I am very frustrated that I was told one price and its over $1000 more when I went to pay. Attached is what my sales person wrote and what was agreed upon.Business response

Dear Sirs:
I am sorry to hear that this customer has a problem with their payment schedule for the Kirby vacuum cleaner. Our business closed in June of 2021 and we did not sell a vacuum to this customer. She has probably obtained our former address through the directory assistance. I do not know who the current distributor for the Raleigh area would be. She should contact The Kirby Company of *********, ****, (the manufacturer), and perhaps they can help her locate the distributor from whom she purchased the Kirby vacuum.
