I bought a blood splat wrap 3500$ roughly year and half ago, with warranty, I have minor peeling thats natural. They fix it. Now 2 months go I had a lady hit my car. She paid out of pocket to get my bumper and wrap fix. Take my car up to **** *** get it fix early march of 2024 they held on car for way too long needed it back. Cause I was having transportation issues. They said to bring it 18 Apr 2024. To see if they can match it. Held my car for week. They said they cant match the wrap color (red) cause of the natural ware and tear. Of the wrap but their wrap machine produces hundreds of different types of colors. Why cant the machine make a lighter shade of red. They wont even fix the minor peeling Im having in the back of the car and side cause they cant match the red. Not my fault they sold me an older wrap design. I was under the impression if I have natural wear and tare they can fix it too. Im still under warranty. I mention new wrap and he was throwing deals at me. Like why cant you guys just fix thats already been paid for? Doesnt make sense. He keeps telling me same excuses.Business response

As the customer stated the car war wrapped over a year ago. When pieces are reprinted from a wrap that has been out in the elements for a year they will never match due to the weather exposure. We have been test printing to try to come to a closer match for a week now. We use large format printers that are regularly updated, the print heads are changed and the printers are calibrated which will also affect the color of a wrap that was printed over a year ago. No promises are made to the customer that colors will match; as we always suggest to the customer to let the insurance companies know this. Most of the time the insurance companies will pay to have the car fully rewrapped. It is even stated in our terms and agreements that colors may not match. The customer was told the first time we re-wrapped his bumper that the colors probably will not match and he was also informed this second time the same. Any installation issues that can be fixed without reprinting will be; if it cannot then we always re-print and replace; with the same understanding that the colors may not match.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I filed a complaint about this company and they reached out about buying me a rental while they fix everything. Any way to remove review or anything?
