      Horrible cost me over $400.00 in over draft fees cause they continue to charge you every month regardless if you tell then not to. I paid my bills and the all bounced because touch tone thiefs stole money from my bank account. **************** is horrible and product dont even work.

      *****, we are sorry to hear that happened to you. Our records show that you placed an order on our website on May 21 and selected a subscription, saving 21% on your order. Once a customer chooses a subscription, an email is sent the following day confirming that a subscription has been created, along with the following scheduled shipment day (in this case, June 21). Its up to each person to manage their subscriptions, which can be changed or canceled anytime by logging in to their account. We understand that people get busy and sometimes forget to update or cancel their subscriptions. As soon as you notified us that you did not want a subscription, our Support Team canceled it, and return instructions were provided for the order. Again, were sorry for the inconvenience and hope your bank will provide assistance relating to the fees they charged. Wishing you the good inside.

      The worst customer service I have every dealt with. I was denied using a promo code for claims that I have ordered once before and used the code. I had not used the code (I have my previous order email) and they just kept saying it couldn't be used more than once. Ok fine, cancel all of my order... wouldn't do that either, instead just told me it already shipped and I could return for a refund, meanwhile I only made the purchase a couple of hours before and no tracking movement. They do not try to be helpful or remedy any issue with the customer, they just want to waste your time and take your money.

      ********* first ordered with us in March of 2023, and she is correct in that she did not use a promotional offer on that order. On April 23, 2024, ********* logged in to her original account and attempted to place an order using a promotional offer code which is limited to new customers with first-time orders (the issue with the promotion was not that she had used it before; it was that she was attempting to use a promotion that was only available to new customers, which she was not). The code would not apply as it recognized ********* as an existing customer and so the offer requirements could not be met. ********* then created a secondary account and used a different shipping address in an attempt to procure the offer. The order did go through but was routed to our verification system where the order was then rejected, as it recognized that this was *********'s second account and therefore she did not qualify. An automated email was generated to alert ********* as to why the order would not be honored. ********* then placed a second order on this new account for a promotional offer that is not limited to new customers. Since ********* did qualify for the second offer, this offer was honored and the order shipped immediately.********* then emailed us for an explanation as the standard automated email does infer that the offer has been used before. We explained to ********* that the offer did not apply to her on account of her previous account, which means she is not a new customer. ********* then stated she did not want the second, successful order but the order had already shipped (orders usually ship out within 24 hours, and there is a ***** hour lag time for **** to update their tracking). We offered to have ********* refuse the order on her end for a full refund once the order was returned to us. ********* stated that she would rather just dispute. After explaining the dispute process, ********* agreed to rescind the dispute she stated she initiated.

      Going back to 2017 I had some health issues like osteoarthritis, ************ pain and some digestive issues. I attributed it to getting older as I was 60+ and then someone suggested Touchstone Essentials for totally organic plant based nutrition. At that time I was taking a few supplements that were acually synthetic and not real food.After 4 months of using several supplements, my digestive issues were eliminated, no more ************ pain plus it had stopped the progression of my osteoarthritis...I was so extremely pleased because they told me I would probably need a knee replacement in the near future.They are also very easy to deal with if there's any type of an issue with an order.       I was introduced to the organic plant-based supplements in 2013 and dealing with some intense inflammation from overwork. These products are system specific and nourish and support my body.       customer service took 8 days to respond to my ticket which resulted in a lot of extra confusion and frustration. upon getting them to see the issue, they said they would reship an order that had been returned to their warehouse by **** as a "one time courtesy" . well then what would happen if my order got returned for some reason again? i just lose the whole sum of money no matter how much the order costs? that makes no sense. i didn't care if they refunded or reshipped or even charged a shipping fee to reship, but 1)waiting 8 days to respond and then doing so incorrectly because so much time has passed my message about my "most recent order" is not accurate any longer, 2)acting like either is a giant favor and 3)scolding me about correct addresses, when it WAS correct, the **** was just being overprotective and had delivered other mail to that address for me, is lame.

We received an email from you after Support hours on September 12th letting us know that your most recent order had been returned to us by **** stating "Addressee Unknown" because you did not let **** know that you were living at another address. A member of our Support team responded on September 20th, 5 business days later. We aim to respond to customer emails within 3 business days, but we have had a high email volume lately, and for that, we apologize. We are happy to send a replacement when customers forget to update their address with ****, but that does cost us extra shipping charges (we offer free shipping for customers on many orders, including yours, but we do still have to pay to ship those). For this reason, we have to limit how many replacement orders we send per customer when the address issue is not on us. Again, we do apologize for the delay in responding to your email, and we apologize that your experience with our Support Team was not what you hoped for.       This company took my money and then flagged me as a scammer, blocking my account and refusing to ship any products. I was told my order was automatically flagged by their system but even after providing ID and speaking to several employees they were all very unwilling to help. It took me MONTHS to get my money back only through contacting the credit card company to file a chargeback. I definitely DO NOT recommend. Even if the products are amazing, the horrendous customer service and policies do not make it worth it.
