Our company is a local business, Exit 10, Inc. This is in regard to 1 large liquid nitrogen tank, 1 six-pack of small gas nitrogen tanks, & 4 individual gas nitrogen tank that we received for rental from American Welding & Gas (AWG).- In regard to the large liquid nitrogen tank, it was installed on April 19th or 20th. When we tried to use the tank with our laser machine on April 20th, we realized the tank was leaking. We contacted ****, ** of Sales at AWG, immediately about the issue, & ask him to have that tank, along with the smaller gas tanks, picked up (we had had prior issues with AWG's tanks and parts, that led us to the decision to have the large & small tanks pick up, & to cancel our account with them). We received invoice # ********, on April 20, for the large, leaking tank, & wished to dispute this invoice with them, since the tank was leaking.- In regard to the rental of one 6-pack of small gas nitrogen tanks & 4 individual gas nitrogen tanks, we paid AWG's invoice #'s ******** and ******** for these tanks on 4/12/22. AWG picked these up from us on April 22, along with the large liquid nitrogen tank (8 of these tanks were returned still full). We have received 2 subsequent invoices for these tanks, invoices # ******** and # ********, & we don't know why. We would like to dispute these 2 invoices.We first called AWG regarding this issue on April 25, and were told that they would need to speak with their accounting ***** We did not receive any reply, so we emailed their accounting, the operations supervisor, and the ** of sales on May 4, May 9, May 17, June 1 and June 2, and have received no resolution. We only received one reply on May 9 that they'll look into it, and one reply on May 4 saying all tanks were removed from our account (which is untrue, as we received a statement due on May 31, for the 3 invoices in question).Since we have been unable to resolve the problem directly with AWG, we are asking the BBB for assistance.
