I ordered a belt from this company as a present for my wife at the end of December 2023, through their Etsy shop. When it arrived, it was much too big, although she measured and ordered according to their instructions. We contacted them asking if there was anything that could be done, but received no response. Thus, we filed a case with Etsy. The business took a long time to respond, but they finally sent a message telling us to send the belt back and they would send a replacement. My wife sent it on March 3, 2023. We never received a replacement nor any communication from the company. My wife contacted them again asking about it, and they responded in the end of April saying they had received the belt but put it in the wrong bin, and again stating that they would send a replacement. They never did. Eventually we contacted Etsy again, who said there was nothing they could do but contact the company, and promised to do so. The company apparently ignored Etsy. My wife called the company on July 11 2023 and spoke to an extremely rude woman who kept repeating that they did not do exchanges, completely ignoring the fact that they had promised to do so and on that basis we sent the belt back. I am out about $100 for the belt, my wife is out for the shipping amount, and we don't have the item we bought and were promised.
