July 17 2021 , committed to deliver in 8 weeks, Paid -1500 dollars . purpose of Furniture purchase of couch and bed . i have tried multiple request last 8 weeks , he stopped responding and noticed that he was doing same thing with lot of customer. Customer contacted FDD, Inc sales representative to order a non-stock item. Terms of price including goods, delivery, and set up were reached. Customer was forewarned of delays due to the cargo/container port issues, supply chain issues, and less than 50% employment at manufacturer and distribution centers (all by-products of the pandemic). Customer proceeded to place his order agreeing to all terms in the attached invoice. Please be advised the customer agreed to a NON-NEGOTIABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT regardless of time frame. The customer has since disputed his credit card and had the funds deducted from our business account. We are left without the $1500, his balance will never be completed, and are holding the nearly $5000 in Furniture he ordered. I really do not understand his complaint. FDD,Inc should be complaining. The customer is not out anything and we are left with the loss. Customer should have to stick to what they agree to in a binding contract. The pandemic has caused major delays in the entire supply chain. This should not be a shock to anyone or the BBB.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have clear communication before order with jeff , once he confirmed there is no delay and make sure he can deliver with in 4-6 week maximum of 8 weeks. I have paid the amount of 1500 dollars.
I even ask about covid situation , he mentioned they are getting shipment very fast now, he never responds even he respond keep on extend with dates.
Now coming to order i have requested for Sofa set and bed room set . As he agree to deliver for sofa set i can pay for that first, once delivery of bedroom set i can pay full amount.
Please note i am not cancelling the order , deliver what i have order with agreed and take money.
