I paid Triad Driving School $200 for ********* drivers ** *********** which she complet** in December of 2023. She was sch**ul** to complete the drivers portion in June of 2024. I receiv** an email from Triad Driving School on 3/18/24 informing me that Triad Driving School would not be conducting my daughters driving portion of drivers ** and that we had been transferr** to one of two companies that would be in contact with me. Triad Driving School said that all of my daughters paper would be transferr** and there should be minimal to no changes to her driving date. After not hearing anything from either of the new schools, I email** and call** Triad Driving School on 5/15/24 with no answer. I then call** both of the schools that we were suppos** to be transferr** to. Both schools indicat** that Triad Driving School was not compliant with DMV licensing requirements and that they didnt have my daughters paperwork and would not accept my daughter to drive. My daughter ne**** to start drivers ** over and retake the ********* portion. On 5/21/24 I email** Triad Driving School again and ask** for the return of my $200 since my daughters ********* *********** was now invalid. I have not receiv** a response. I have since sign** my daughter up and paid for her to retake the drivers ** ********* portion. This has been very frustrating, terribly inconvenient and has delay** my daughter completing drivers ** which will ultimately delay her in getting her drivers license. This delay has upset my daughter and she is frustrat** that she has to sit through 30 more hours of drivers ** again due to Triad Driving Academys failure. I am requesting my $200 back because the class I paid for has $0 value and I have to pay again for my daughter to complete the class at another company. The company has yet to respond to me at all.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
