We were given Bushwackers landscaping to build a retaining wall as part of a pool build. Since there was work to be done from this initial phase of building the retaining wall including: clean-up, fill in, grade, and re-seed areas, we figured it would be good to use them to perform some of our other needed landscape activities. In the second phase we were having them put in drainage in multiple areas, destroy grass areas to cove with new soils and mulch for us to plant trees and other plants, and do more grade work over other areas in the yard to prepare for new grass. Beyond just my complaints of a lack of communication which are best left for a negative review, when the team showed up to begin the work, the ****** that was promised to be dedicated was not present and they began work without clear direction on what I had agreed with the salesperson. They were to Demo existing grass behind my new retaining wall, put soil down in this area (4 loads) then fill in with 12 yards of black mulch. We also had agreed to have a 50 gallon well with a pop up relief buried at the base of my wall for drainage to flow into from other work. Grade, and reseed (some of this was also a leftover from 1st work order to be done). The Grass Demo was just them using a string trimmer to cut the grass and then they immediately put much down on top of it, no soil. They only dug a smaller hole for the dry well and filled it in with rocks and sand. there was no grade work done from the first visit where they had run heavy machines on both sides of the house. They cut my cable internet line because they never gave us a date and showed up without us being able to call 811. I was contacted the next day to say they forgot to charge me for grading on the new work order, and I just asked the to stop all work as that was enough. I subtracted amounts from the work the promised versus the work done and paid that amount. I am now being invoiced for extra amounts for work done wrong.Business response

Bushwackers has credit the account of *****************. It was error by our office trying to tie up loose ends before the end of year. I have sent him copy of the corrected invoice that is $0 due to Bushwackers
