I bought a car from this dealership July 2022. We hit a deer this year and the car was totalled, no fault of the dealership. We sought a prorated refund of the service contract and submitted the required paperwork the end of June 2023. It is now November 2023 and we have yet to receive the refund. I am very upset with this company for being negligent on refunding approximately $1400 dollars back to me. I would like resolution on this from the dealership. They also will not give me another contact to reach out to for this.Initial Complaint

Deal H130277 Purchase date 9/2/23 Overpayment of ****** Purchase price of vehicle overcharged by 166.00+tax Allstate theft coverage charged 675.00+tax (unauthorized added coverage)I emailed the sales manager **** to advise of issues and overpayment. He confirmed there was an issue and the refund for the Allstate theft coverage was sent back to my lienholder, American Honda. And I would receive a refund check for the vehicle price overpayment. Over 3 weeks later, neither has happened.Initial Complaint

Took my car to this dealership for a/c. Had issues with communication from drop off until now. When I picked my car up and since my issue is not fixed. I've made several calls, unable to speak with someone and left several voice messages with no return call. Yesterday 8/4/22 made 3 weeks since this took place and my car and I are still at square A. I'm getting avoided, ignored and put to the side. Thus has been and still continues to be a major inconvenience for me especially in 100° weather. I've filed a complaint with American Honda, they have yet to help me as I've been speaking to two case workers for almsot 3 weeks now. Service us unacceptable at this dealership. I want my vehicle fixed for the initial problem AND the problems that started after repairs that weren't present before.
