I purchased a ***** in December 2022. The ***** was scratched. We were promised replacement parts for the items that were messed up. We inquired about the parts several times and was told that they were ordered but have not arrived yet. I sent an email letting them know that I would be contacting the BBB if they could not take care of the issue at hand. With in a week, we were advised that they had the parts in stock (March 17, 2023). My husband and I dropped the ***** off the following Saturday and was told that it would be ready the following Saturday. When we inquired about the *****, we were told that they still needed a part. When inquiring about the ***** on Saturday, April 1, 2023 we were told that it would be ready the following Tuesday. Today (April 5th) when I called, I was told that it was on the bench and that it may not be ready by the weekend.Business response

After the purchase of the *****, ***************************** found some deep scratches on the left front upper and lower A-Arms. At that time I told ******** we would replace them for her. It is a common problem that happens when the units are being shipped to the dealer from the manufacturer. I personally put the A-Arms on order for her. Once the order was placed the parts came back as being on Back Order. Parts, that are on back order we as a dealer have no control over when the part or parts will become available or when they will arrive to us. These specific parts had no ETA (estimated ship date). When there is no ETA all we can do as a dealer is check open orders daily for any updates. Prior to ******** notifying Twin County Motorsports about her intentions of contacting the BBB, we had received 1 of her 2 parts. At that time I checked on the status of the 1 outstanding part. It did come back as in stock with a ship date. ******** was then contacted. The unit was brought to the store on 3/22/23. Her, ***** was scheduled for the technician on 3/26/2023. Upon trying to install the new parts I was notified the parts where for the wrong side. During our investigation we discovered wrong parts where put into the correct packaging. This unfortunately does happen from time to time. BRP was notified and the correct parts where then shipped to us. BRP elected to ship the correct parts over night for Saturday delivery. Those parts did not arrive until the following Tuesday 4/2/2023. All this time her ***** did stay on the bench apart, ready to complete the repair. ******** was notified on 4/6/2023 that the repairs had been completed. However, the new upper A-Arm does have a blemish that we could get replaced if she elected to do so. We did reach an agreement to proceed with the replacement as long as she would get the ***** back by 4/12/23.
