      I had made another comment and a review of the fact that they had put my family off. My wife offer over a year. My son off for 6 months on medication they have to have for anxiety and autism and every time I try to make an appointment they keep blowing us off and tell us to go to the walk-in clinic. They refuse to help you. They sent me an email saying we can discuss this through email cuz we don't discuss patients stuff over things like this. I get my submit of my email and has been two weeks ago and I still never heard nothing from them. They are the worst medical I've ever seen in my entire life and I've lived in a couple of different states. They're all about money and they could care less about helping those that are really in need. You would most likely die in the gutter before they'll help you.

      This has to be the most petty and ridiculous encounter I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my adult life. I was taking my daughter to this facility for over a year. We were referred to a psychiatrist for her insomnia and hyperactivity. We went to the appointment and dropped off a referral at her doctor's office to her doctor to prescribe meds recommended by the psychiatrist. A whole week later after calling and leaving messages no one contacted me. One day I received a call from another office wanting to schedule an appointment. I went along with it having no clue what it was about. Still no answer or call back from ************ so I decided to use the portal which they recommend I stated the entire situation and my daughter's name and issue at hand. My exact words were can someone please tell me what to do because my daughter needs her meds. I received a message saying that no one can help me because I'm not a patient. I explained my 4 year old daughter had just been seen there and in my frustration I used the abbrevion ***. Obviously no one read my message but I'm thankful my wtf got me a call back and repl. The referral specialist explained to me that I had been sent to the wrong office and they don't prescribe meds so now I have to start all over and they want me to drive all the way back up to pick up her referral and take it to the new psychiatrist office. Two months of time and effort wasted and we have to start all over. So I agreed to return for the referral. I hang up think I'm done. Then I get another call. This is great those three little letters are working their magic. This was someone else trying to figure out what was going on and make me out to be wrong because my daughter's portal account was in my name and you can't just pull up an account with a name. She rushed the words out of her mouth to keep me from telling her that no one had read my messages which is the problem. I tell her everything is good I've already sorted things our. The next morning I received another call from the clinic manager I believe. She proceeds to tell me the same song and dance about not being able to look up an account with just a name. Which isn't a valid excuse because I would have given them any information they needed had they asked and actually read my message. Plus I had messaged the office the week before and the person who answered the phone had no problem helping me with my daughter's insurance with just a name. Yet again I repeat no one read my messages. Then the woman starts going on about how she has to back and fix things because it is a hippa violation with me having my name on my 4 year Olds account. So I'm curious at this point and I ask if it's my fault because my four year Olds name isn't on the account. She says no. Then says I used verbage making them believe the message was about me. Then I ask what did I say to make you think it was about me and she said I used ***. According to her we try not to use that verbage. At this point the conversation is so pointless and stupid I tell her I'll just find my daughter a new doctor and she was apparently fine with that and hung up. I am a single parent who has recently suffered a miscarriage and and daughter with possible ADHD symptoms. This was an opportunity for me to really get some help I truly need with my daughter but instead I'm getting scolded because I made her have to do her job and my verbage as she said discouraged the provider. Obviously no one cares that I am discouraged at this point. People get in these positions and forget that they are supposed to be helping people not making me wrong over something as petty as an abbreviation of a bad word. Some people are mean and she was just mean and careless. I later called headquarters to let someone in charge know about what happened and to this day still haven't received a call or message in return.
