This company takes your hard earn dollars and doesn't complete job, they are getting over on customers

With all due respect, when a customer has already begun drinking by the time the crew gets there in the mornings, and continues to drink the entire day,, becoming more belligerent as the day grows, it's very difficult to maintain an efficient workplace. This, plus the fact that, since her friends child had a FAILED personal relationship with an employee, she forbid him from .1working there. And, as you know, it's already very hard to find help as it is, much less in this kind of environment. After She sennt SEVERAL TEXTS regarding her disdain for my wife, who was only relaying the messages as asked it became apparent that we were not going to be able to repair any working relationship.
We advised her that we had noone else that could do the project and that she could get someone else to finish. We told her she could have the remaining materials. She called a police officer to meet her there to escort her. He showed. She didnt. We left the materials outside for her but after several days we put back inside and have not heard from her since.
The point is she hired us to do the roof which she was satisfied with and asked us to do more but when we went inside thats when her whole attitude changed when we wouldnt write an exaggerated estimate for her insurance company.

They where not hire just to do roof, they also was hiired 2 do kitchen ceiling, outside shed which they patch up with different color shingles, I also had 2 add some left over shingles I had 2 do the shed,, this company has gotten over on an older lady who works in post office,, how I know because she shared her experience with me about this company, so we both regret even dealing with this company, They are very unprofessional; this company has to scramble around to find some help to take on a job! I should've did more research on this company, I'm not from this area so I didn't no much about this company until I got screwed over & had to mention incident to police, then that's when several people letting me know how bad this company is; I gave them half deposit for kitchen ceiling they took down dropped ceiling, was suppose to buy materials, finally did speak with company, they had several excuses , and I asked about materials they told me they did get a piece of sheet rock, which they was suppose to get materials to finish ceiling, no crown molding only the little piece that they took from me to make sure they get the right crown molding... I'M REPORTING THEM BECAUSE PEOPLE THAT'S NEW TO A TOWN OR AREA LIKE ME NEEDS TO KNOW.. A COMPANY IS GONNA DEFEND THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY IF THEY'RE A RIP OFF COMPANY, I DON'T CARE TO GO BACK & FORTH, BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE COMPANY AND MYSELF ALREADY WENT THROUGH; I JUST WANT TO WARN OTHERS WHO DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
