In April of this year (2023), I gave the job of remodelling my rear deck at my address in ******, ** on **************. We orally agreed at the price of $3900.00 to do the work that we discussed which was to level the existing deck, replace or repair the supports for the roof of the deck, replace any supporting 4x4 posts that needed replacing under the deck, remove and replace the screen mesh covering the deck exterior walls and to clean up the job when done. The job was estimated to take 1.5 days. The work was nearing completion after one day of work so I went ahead and paid the full amount of $3900.00 to the handyman that was doing the work and was there at the jobsite. Mr. ********************** was not there. I found some details that were not done and some that were not done to my satisfaction afterwards and described them vis phone to Mr. ********************** who said he would complete the items needed. He did come back and finished putting up the plastic strips that hold the screen mesh to the posts. However, we were not satisfied that the plastic strips were not all the same color nor size. He was also supposed to email us a detailed paid invoice itemizing the labor, materials, and all details of the completed job. Mr. ********************** refuse to come back to do anymore work and has so far not delivered an itemized paid invoice for the work done. We would like for him to return and complete the job to the agreed upon specifications and issue the itemized paid invoice. The work that was completed by Mr. **********************'s crew was mostly completed and was satisfactory, other than the incomplete items as described. That is what we would like to be done for the desired resolution.Customer response

How was the complaint sent to Baker Landscaping? I dont have his email address and couldnt list it in Jr ********** All I have is his physical address which I did list in the ********** Im just making sure that you didnt send the complaint to my email address or to my physical address which is PO Box 33, ************ **.
