      My husband and I bought a Hyundai which had a window sticker on the window which clearly stated that the car had Sirus Radio on it. They went out to the car to activate it while we were in the sales office. Only AFTER we came out of the closing were we told the car didn't have the radio, We travel a lot and don't listen to AM/FM radio - EVER. They would not add another radio to make the deal what it was thought to be, and were very hateful towards us. The car did not have floor mats either. And we had to push for two months to get a second key. They don't care about the customer - or honoring the deals that they make.

      As most dealers do, we use a third party on used vehicles to include the vehicle equipment and buyers guide on the windows. These are vin decoded based on the vin. Some of the models use the same equipment list like they use the same owners manual if your car is equipped with it. We certainly would never include anything on any vehicle intentionally or deliberately to sale any vehicle to anyone. We immediately reported the issue to the third party to resolve.
      As preowned vehicles go, we sell them how we receive them and not all used vehicles come with matts or 2nd keys. However, to accommodate them at our expense, we bought them matts and paid for a 2nd key, no cost to them.
      We regret any confusion this matter may have given and at no time were we ever hateful or showed any disrespect. We VALUE every customer.
      Also the customer had the vehicle overnight and day before it was purchased.

      Yes, they did give us mats, but not for the entire car, only the front seats. And the key issue became a battle that lasted over two months. But they are correct that these two items got resolved. The MAIN issue is the radio. We could not have look at, driven, or even thought about buying a car without the good quality Sirius radio. Our salesman knew we had to have Sirius, and while he turned us over to the finance man he was in the car trying to get the radio turned on by Sirius. When he found out it was not possible on our car he did not break in the final paperwork, but only told us AFTER the car was ours. We did get treated rudely by the sale manager in the glassed in office on the floor. We wanted them to install a Sirius Radio but they have never made this right.
