Our church paid in full upfront (over $1000) for a tent that we had to cancel due to Covid. We tried twice to reschedule the event and they never had a tent available. I finally asked for a refund since they couldn't seem to accommodate us, and they refused to give a refund. They kept over $1000 of our money and we never received ANYTHING for that money. If they will take money from a church, they will take your money too.Review from William N

Chair and Equipment Rental contracted with my neighbor for a wedding 12/3/2022 at ************ Beach on a private, restricted street. During the installation of tents and amenities my rail fence was hit and severely damaged and my roped off new concrete drive was entered by breaking the 3/4 inch rope, and damaging the surface. The Rental Company showed on 12/4/2022 for removal the installed tents. . I spoke with the Rental Company owner directly being told that he would have everything repaired, and would investigate who removed the rope and entered my property. 3 weeks later nothing has happen. The company is out of town and the owner can't be reached

We have responded and had his drive way pressure washed December 15, 2022. After looking at the pictures and the tire marks our machine never went onto his property but our crew leader said a guy with a truck was seen on there. With that we still paid to have his driveway pressure washed. We do not have a contact number for this person and the event planner was going to find someone for us to fix the fence. With the holidays I have just heard back and everyone is tied up until the first of the year. Really not sure how we could do any better than being at he mercy of the people that do that kind of work. If Mr. ***** has anyone that can do it quicker please have them contact us.
