              Took my car in for a estimate on air flow service, air flow was good and cold on driver side but hot on passinger side. Called to see what was found, unexpectedly no estimate but had replaced air cabin filter. I explained to only investigate and provide an estimate to repair. They called me saying the car was repaired. Again they did not follow my instructions and added ***** to charge me more. I ask why twice they did not follow my instructions, weak excuse given and accepted $150 instead of the $200+ originally charged and was told never to come back for any reason. My mistake was to not see if the car was really repaired which it wasn't before paying because they did not give me access to my vehicle until I paid. I checked to see if they had repaired what I had ask them before leaving and found they had not and again they would not accept any responsibility I assuming the already had my money. I actually paid $150 for them to keep my car from 7-31-2023 thru 8-3-23.
