TCB Construction LLC was hired to complete the demolition and construction of a new covered, screened in deck. This was to be finished October of 2021. Keith was lead on the project and took payment as the project moved along. A few adjustments were made and we paid for the differences. We realized we had paid the full amount and this is when the work stopped. After months of attempting to get the work finished it was clear he moved on to other projects. There were agreements to receive the amount overpaid ($8,000) but the prearranged deadline passed without a word from Keith despite multiple attempts to contact. He has built a partial project, taken payment, been an unreliable contractor that could not be trusted and taken advantage of my time, money, kindness and flexibility.Initial Complaint

Do not use this company. I was lied to for months about the proggress of my house and had $60,000 stolen from me! I am a real estate investor and was referred over to one member of TCB. Instead of working with her I ended up working with Keith. Over the next 6 months I was sent updates on progress, pictures of progress, etc. I stopped getting pictures or progress reports so I sent someone local over to check in on the property. It was all the way down to the studs with no aign of work in months! Keith had been sending me pictures of other homes he worked on, lying to me about the progress, and stole $60,000 from me that he still has not returned. Beware DO NOT trust a word out of this companies mouth or give them a dime of your money.
