      After looking at the customer's purchase attachment, this is not our company.  We are Hanes Industries, not Hanes Brands, which is the company this purchase was made from.  They will need to reach out to Hanes Brands to ask for this refund.   (We are a furniture and bedding construction material company, not a clothing company.)

      Received the wrong item from champion.com and requested for a replacement as I originally just wanted the correct order fulfilled however I received the wrong item again and now they are refusing to refund the item although it was a major neglect on the companies part for replacing an item they claim is out of stock but still have available for purchase on their website.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I want an apology and explanation as to why i received such horrible customer service for both but mostly the 2nd attempt to get a fair and just resolution with their company representatives and to know moving forward customers will not be treated so poorly. A refund is just the beginning of the resolution.

      I ordered two pair of jogging pants from their web site last April, 2022. Order no. **********. Received the order on 4/21/22. Pants were too big. I tried to fix them but couldn't so I returned one of them and kept the one I had botched. When I returned the pair I requested it to be exchanged for the smaller size (size Med.) . That was on 4/28/22. I have tried to write and find out where is my pair, to no avail. I tried to call, couldn't. It is August 23, 2022 and nothing. They won't even answer the phone or respond on line. Thank you, ****** ********

      On May 22, 2022 at 11:47 pm, I placed an order on Champion.com. I ordered a woman's sweatshirt, sweat pants, shorts and two pairs of mens shorts, that came to a total of $158.37. My order number was ********* and said my order was delivered on May 26, 2022 around 1pm. When I opened my package I found four packages of Hanes men tagless briefs, that I'm sure come no where in the price range of my original order and no where near what I ordered. I emailed the email back that was sent to me saying my package was delivered and it said that email address was "not found" and there was no customer service number to call. I opened an online chat on Champion.com, where I was told they were having technical difficulties and I needed to reach out to them about my problem "another day". This is ridiculous and I don't understand how this could happen. I want to be refunded for this order and would like this order replaced and sent out again to me as well, for all the trouble I have to go through in order to get acknowledgment for what has happened. These items were ordered for a birthday and fathers day and now who knows how long it will take to get a replacement or if these items will even be available by the time that happens.

      I placed an order for four bras (****) in the amount of $83.36 on 08/20/21. I got the order and the bras did not fit properly. I returned the bras for a refund and have not heard from One Hanes Place or received a refund and the company will not respond to my email inquiries.
