I paid $1500.00 for an Eames style chair. He recovered the leather for me and I picked it up before Christmas 2021. The more I looked at it, I was positive this was not the correct chair. I contacted him in January 2022 (?) with no response. Then July 6, 2022, my husband picked up the chair and the hardware came through the wood of the back of the chair. Apparently when they were putting the chair back together after reupholstering, they did not use washers to prevent the screws from coming through the wood. So first, it split the wood on both sides of the brackets. The chair is completely useless now, it can not be put back together plus now with the wood split it looks horrible, so I contacted the owner again, still with no response. He is very unprofessional and does not care about his work after it is soldCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.I contacted them twice about this issue and neither time did I get a response, which is why I said he is very unprofessional and does not care after the sale is done.Thank you,
