      *** Kovacs is a rude Business Owner! Whenever corresponding with *** via business matters, he becomes extremely rude and aggressive in his response... Recently, I was interested in a product he was offering, however, he was selling the item $250 above the average, and his response was unacceptable. Please see the uploaded screenshot.

      This person was a friend who is an alcoholic.  I have dealt with his abuse for far too long as a person.  He is not a customer as I refuse to sell to a person of that type.  He constantly sends gay **** when drunk and sexual comments.  I've asked for him to cease and has blocked him for it for a long time. He asked to be friends again a while back and I agreed to allow him if he kept it clean.  Unfortunately that was not the case.  He sent only has started an argument with me today because he found out I had sold a number of models that he had repossessed by a customer of mine and a mutual friend.  

       

      Today he asked about an item I have for sale a a person text.  I have him a description of what's there and he said well it's for sale elsewhere cheaper and he didn't care about all the added items I have with the listing.  It's not an item for him nor will I sell it to him.  I reserve the right to decline service as I see fit

        Being he has been banned from other clubs and gatherings due to his drunken attitude and sexual comments I chose not to get involved any further.

      I purchased some model trains from The Train Department on September 8, 2022. The business owner said that even though they were showing as in stock on the website, they were in the process of relocating and would ship when they unpacked.I've followed up regularly and no progress has been made on shipping the models. Beginning two weeks ago, I requested a refund. I've repeatedly made the request via email, phone, and ******** messenger but am being ignored.
