Terrible experience. Never go here. They do not care. We purchased a car from there. from the start the salesman had his GF and child there. Had this been the only thing it would not have been a big deal. The child screamed the entire time we were there. When we went on the test Drive, the salesman ****, cursed a lot and talked about whipping his child. Then he started talking about his Girlfriends baby daddy's. It was very uncomfortable. No judgement but it was not our business to know. Me and my wife felt awkward. Then during negotiations at one point he told us we were just "wasting paper at this point". i almost got up and walked out. he laughed when i got firm with him and told him to check again with the sales managers. The finance manager was a nice break from all this. he was polite and courteous. The salesman said he was going to gas up the car, however once we got down the road a bit we noticed that he had not put any gas in at all. in fact the gas meter was at about a quarter of a tank. the same when we test drove it. i tried calling 5 different times to discuss this. left a review on ****** and was told to call in. no one knew who i should talk to. kept getting the run around. still have not heard from anyone. no apology was ever given. They clearly do not care about you. all they want is a sale and then you are useless to them. please go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

Broke down while traveling .team Chevrolet got me into service department .8 hours later they told me what was wrong.I said fix it I’m stranded .didn’t know that the cost was 3 times higher than the normal price and that the truck had extended warrenty.that they should of known about but not telling me that they could rip me off because the warrenty wouldn’t paid the out rages price they charged me .called manager when I got back home and he wouldn’t return phone calls and the bad thing is I’m disabled and a senior .they have no shame just worried about money .

So I was just called a ***** *** and a *** by a salesman at Team Chevrolet in Goldsboro after already having a horrible experience at their other location called Team Chevrolet in Creedmoor. This stems from me deciding to go somewhere else to purchase a car since I qualified for rebates at another dealership. My whole experience with team Chevrolet has been horrible but being called a ***** *** is what made me write a review.

This place is the worst dealership I've ever went to! They sold me a truck and literally lied about everything and I mean everything. I went seeking higher help and they sided with their team no matter all the proof and witness I had with me they sided with their team and called us liars. I know they've done this to a whole lot more people and I will be warning everyone! Take your business across the road they're just money hungry people with no morals and will shake your hand while making a deal even when they're going to turn around and lie about it!

I live in WV. I saw a car advertised on eBay that my wife and I had been looking for. I called to make sure it was available and they said yes it was. I told them I would come the same day. I drove approximately 3 1/2 hours to get there. Their manager called me on the way to see if I was coming and I told him I was on my way. When I arrived the manager told me it was not there it had been loaned out. He offered to look around at the others he had, which we had no interest in doing. Ran into road construction and it took about 5 hours to get back home. Poor way to treat you potential customers. I am still ******.

Horrible experience. Everything about their business was shady from the start. The second I entered, they suggested that I wasn’t wealthy enough to afford a used car they offered, which, in the end, I obtained a loan for. Negotiation was not an option and their staff made this painfully obvious. I was roped into a warranty that only lasted 3000 miles, for which I’ve had problems since I drove off the lot. Every time I’d call, the salesperson would suggest “are you sure your warranty isn’t up yet?” and “I don’t think we can help with that.” Everyone I’ve interacted with was extremely unprofessional and I wish I had chosen a different lot from the start. After the transaction they force their Google reviews down your throat and stand over you watching you fill it out to make sure you aren’t honest. I now understand why their rating is so heavily mixed. Never coming back.
