I had 2 orders tonight was given no receipt but I have my card receipt of proof of purchases. 1st order-The tenders had NO sauces i requested to switch the biscuits for fries and got the biscuits and not fries. 2nd order-both sandwiches were wrong. No where was it noted that the restaurant was out of lettuce so no lettuce on the sandwiches, the BLT was suppose to be no mayonnaise and pickles on the side- not made that way. The grilled chicken sandwich was to be mustard instead of mayonnaise add pickles, it came chicken, 1 slice of tomato THAT WAS IT! This was ALL uncalled for. Then when I called the restaurant all I got was “we’re short staffed” boo hoo that’s no excuse. No one felt any remorse for the incident and offered NOTHING. I finally got a management and was told to bring the items back and they would fix it but no repayment for my mileage, time, or gas! That is not free for me and too I had to pay for the crappy food that was not the way I ordered it! It is wrong to charge for the food and make it all wrong but then expect the people to bring it back at THEIR expense, YOU MADE THE MISTAKE! Refund for Orders 1-$19.00 2-$17.00
