Hired Speaks to replace my siding and install all new windows. Every aspect of the job was exceptional. The siding and windows look great and are of high quality. The installation was professional and I have not had any issues. It was truly a good choice to hire Speaks to handle an investment in my home. Speaks just installed my new patio door. I'm very happy with the product, customer service & installation! My installation was a challenge, as a bird flew into my door and broke it into an unbelievable number of tiny pieces! The installation guys did an incredibly good job. No messes of glass were anywhere at all. They were genuinely respectful of the floors in my home. The patio area was left clean also. I'm very pleased. ** ******

I hired speaks right before the pandemic. They installed 3 windows, one in my kitchen and 2 in the living room. The guys that came to install the windows were fast and clean after themselves, but a few weeks later we had issues with installation as one of the windows in the living room was leaking water into the living room floor every time it rained and the other window was not closing correctly, which allowed a lot of wind to come into the house. I contacted speaks about the issues and they send a worker to look at the issues; but was very rude to my wife. After that I requested that someone else came to the house, which the owner of the company showed up and told me that he needed to order a part. He was very nice we had a long conversation about family and told me that he would let me know when the part arrive. Well, to make the story short it has been over two years now and the issues have not yet been address, I have talked to speaks more than 20 times and they can never seen to have time or the people to come and fix my windows. I have spent way too much money on my electric bills due to the gusts of wind coming into the house... I had to replace the floor from laminate to tile floor as I was not able to just change the section that was damaged by the water coming into the living room since the floor was outdated. I understand that the pandemic slowed things down but due to their unprofessionalism and not caring about me (customer) I have wasted so much money. I will take this to court and will seek full refund of the windows and now the floor.
