I urge you to not trust SS Custom Designs (aks SS Flooring, also *****************************). ***** has taken the money and has not completed the work. Once he learned that I will take him to court, he promised that he will return the money but never did. Even after the court decision in my favor, he has not paid the money. I have filed the final step, writ of execution. Please learn from my mistake and do not give your hard-earned money to *****. He will NOT do the work and will never return your calls once he gets his deposit.Review from JoAnne L.

Please learn from our misfortune and do NOT put any trust in or do any business with SS Custom Designs (aka SS Flooring) based out of ******, **. I have paperwork to back up everything I am writing. After MANY months of being ignored and lied to, we had to take SS Custom Designs to small claims court. In court, under oath, the owner of the company admitted to the judge that he owed us money for a job that he could not complete for us. He asked for more time to get the money to us. The judge granted him an extra month, but we received nothing. The judgment was then awarded in our favor, but we still have not received anything from SS Custom Designs. It is a disgraceful business practice to take money from people, not do the job you promised to do, admit that you are wrong in court, and never even make a good faith effort to refund the client. In addition to doing this to us, he did the exact same thing to our neighbor who also won a judgment against this company but has received no compensation from him to date. Stay far away from this company.Review from Chris H

Would not recommend. ***** is tough to communicate with. He does not follow up well and is very one tracked minded. We tried to reach out to him numerous times thru email, text, and phone call to be ignored. We paid for our materials and haven't heard back from him to feel comfortable to use him. Do not order from him unless you have a contract. We were probably scammed and want to get the information out there. He stated numerous times that he was ordering our flooring and not installing after we asked for a refund with his lack of communication and fraud.
