      Date of transaction: 11/16/2021. Date of delivery: 1/20/2022. On delivery it was clear that the wrong product was delivered; I immediately notified the company and the entire cust. service dept. reviewed documentation and agreed that the piece of furniture delivered was either mislabeled as the wrong color or mis-stained and did not match any of the company's other furniture that is that color/finish. I requested replacement and refund and despite the manager of the stain dept. (the individual likely responsible for the error) denying an issue with the product the company eventually, after a number of weeks, agreed to pick up the item and process a refund after pickup. It is now into the third week since this agreement and the company refuses to schedule a pickup and will only advise that they will reach out to do so "in a few weeks." They also refuse to provide a refund until the item is received, which is entirely dependent on them picking up the item as it was delivered by freight and they are responsible for shipping. The amount in dispute is $921.70. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company today on the basis that the company did not, and continues to refuse to provide the product that I paid for or issue a refund on their own. I have given the company ample opportunity to do the right thing over the month or more since they were put on notice of the issue. Attached is email correspondence with the company and the sales order.

      more info from the consumer: Upon receiving notice of this case and the disputed charge from my credit card company the merchant finally issued a refund. This issue has been made right as far as I am concerned and I do not wish to continue this case.
