      Hi, I bought 2 dolphins on 8/10/24 and 1 of them named *** has not moved for 170 days. Most likely the tracker fell off. I have reached out to them on tiktok with no response and i went to their website and email them directly. I received a response the next day in my email with this To ensure the safety and protection of our dolphins, we've made changes to how we display their coordinates in our app. The option to view specific dates is currently suspended as we collaborate with our nonprofit partner to find a secure method for displaying this information. While this feature may return later, for now, your tracking experience will remain unchanged. You'll still be able to follow our playful dolphins on their journey, now with added safeguards for our aquatic friends! No where in this message is about my concern of me spending money on a bracelet that i cant track and have the option to replace with a different dolphin/ animal or my money back. My child is very upset that she can not track her dolphin. And i can see from other reviews that they can replace with a different dolphin/ animal, why is that not an option? Trackers fall off animals all the time and if thats the case they should not be selling that particular dolphin/ animal since thats what we paid for not the just bracelet.

      When I bought these bracelets for my children, I was under the impression we could follow them for years. After less than a year, the tracking devices no longer responded. I contacted them, and they said that they would not help me because they only guarantee tracking for six months. I know this money goes to a good cause, but they really need to let you track it longer than six months. My kids are sad their tracking just abruptly stopped.

      I got a shark, a penguin and a turtle bracelet more than a year ago and they are still super cute and I enjoy checking the app everyday to see where the animals are.

      Amazing company! Reached out to them via email to get another animal to track since we have a duplicate (not their fault, I bought the bracelet from the zoo) and they immediately responded. I appreciated the prompt and positive response.

      I recently got a new phone and in the process couldn't locate my polar bear i had tracked for some time. A few emails with Fahlos customer service and they got me back in touch to track my bear. I was so grateful. We love this company !

      My husband gave me a bracelet for Christmas which was a fun gift with a bit more to it than simply a bracelet. My kids love seeing where my giraffe has been. I just bought a bracelet for a friend in the **, and accidentally the shipping address defaulted to my own. I left a message on the online chat, and emailed Fahlo immediately, explaining my address error and asked if they could change it. Within about 30 minutes, I had an email from Fahlo cancelling the order and and an email explaining the order was cancelled because they couldn't change the address between countries and it was easier to cancel the order and for me place a new order. I was so relieved! And thankful for the help. I also had a response via Instagram private messaging within about 30 minutes as well. I was very happy with the service and look forward to my friend receiving her bracelet.

      I placed an order for 5 bracelets. The order had the wrong zip code and was returned back to the company. They are refusing to refund or ship out the items I paid for. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.

      I just received my first order today & we love our new bracelets! I ordered 1 for myself & 1 for each of my 3 kids. They were all so happy & excited to read about their animals & begin tracking them on the app. We were so excited we already placed 2 more orders! We each got different animals to track & hope to get more in the future. Bracelets arrived really fast! Thank you so much!
