      I dropped my bike off at the Honda shop on 04/16/2021 to find out where the oil leak was coming from and they informed you that it was a cracked oil can. On the receipt I submitted it shows they did repair a cracked oil can. I picked the bike up and rode it and it was fine until 2 weeks later. I was in ******** county and my bike started rattling while driving and the oil light came on. The bike shut off and I pulled to the side of the road I could see there was no oil plug in it. Being it was on the weekend I called them 1st thing Tuesday morning since they were closed on Monday. They told me to bring the bike back in. I took the bike back to them 2 weeks ago due to COVID. They called me back the same day I dropped the bike off and they told me that they put oil in and a plug and then I came to pick it up that Saturday on my way home the bike started rattling again on my way home from work. I did not make it home and had to have someone take me home. I carried the bike back to the shop the same I picked up and they said it was the battery. But once the battery was in they said it the motor had locked up and there was nothing they could do. I talked to the Co owner son, name ***** and he informed me that he would talk to the shop and get back to me on Saturday. I received a call and they said someone must have unloose my oil pan and they refuse to cover any repairs on the bike.
