I dropped my bike off at the Honda shop on 04/16/2021 to find out where the oil leak was coming from and they informed you that it was a cracked oil can. On the receipt I submitted it shows they did repair a cracked oil can. I picked the bike up and rode it and it was fine until 2 weeks later. I was in ******** county and my bike started rattling while driving and the oil light came on. The bike shut off and I pulled to the side of the road I could see there was no oil plug in it. Being it was on the weekend I called them 1st thing Tuesday morning since they were closed on Monday. They told me to bring the bike back in. I took the bike back to them 2 weeks ago due to COVID. They called me back the same day I dropped the bike off and they told me that they put oil in and a plug and then I came to pick it up that Saturday on my way home the bike started rattling again on my way home from work. I did not make it home and had to have someone take me home. I carried the bike back to the shop the same I picked up and they said it was the battery. But once the battery was in they said it the motor had locked up and there was nothing they could do. I talked to the Co owner son, name ***** and he informed me that he would talk to the shop and get back to me on Saturday. I received a call and they said someone must have unloose my oil pan and they refuse to cover any repairs on the bike.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/11) */ We warranty our work for 30 days from the date of completed repairs, as it states on the bottom of the submitted receipt. The customer did not have an issue until after 30 days and nearly 3000 miles later. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/16) */ First it was not 3000 miles on the bike and it wasn't even 30 days once they put the oil pan and drain plug on the 1st time. To resolve this I would prefer to have a full refund for inconvenience and my trust that they would fix my bike that wasn't fixed. The amount is $2320.71 that I paid them to fix my bike. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/24) */ As stated before, our service repairs are warrantied for 30 days from completed work. The repair was completed more than 30 days from the complaint. We have advised that we will assist in the cost of labor for the replacement of the motor if the customer wishes to repair.
