      I bought my vehicle from them and I was mislead about the condition of the vehicle. It has had to be taken in for repairs 6 times to be fixed for different things and I've only had it two month. This vehicle should have been fixed before being sold and it has been a nightmare. Bad AC system, bad tires, air bags not working, door panels and handles broke and falling off.

      Wow ****** really! I have been nothing but helpful and respectful to you and your wife for you to write out these false acquisitions! Every time you had any issues I handled it for you without any expense to you!!! From the beginning you and your wife insisted on getting this vehicle because it fits your budget I wanted to put you guys in something that I know it was a better option for you. I understand the frustration anyone feels when they have to feel this way but I have always eased your mind and none of this was charged to you I have paid for everything so I can help you out. Anyway there is not much to say other than that its always the people that you help is the ones that always going to accuse you for wrong doing.

      Don’t ever.. and i mean ever go here. ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. my husband got a car,, drove it 50 miles off the lot,, check engine light came on. had it looked at by professionals,, all of them instructed us that we should contact the dealer and have them fix it at no cost because more than likely the check engine light was flashed. now my husband was busy,, so i took the time to call on his behalf. big mistake. immediately started speaking to me as if i were stupid and blamed the issue on my husband. i requested to speak to the owner,, immediately he was disrespectful. he claimed he shouldn’t even be speaking to me since i’m not my husband. which is absolutely ridiculous. he then left me a voicemail saying that i wasn’t a lady. now mind you i had several witnesses,, including my husband,, listening in on this call. bottom line. don’t buy a car here. they don’t fix their cars,, and i doubt they would pass a federal inspection seeing as how their inspections have all been done on the lot. WOMEN BEWARE. and husbands,, unless you want to have your wife disrespected,, i suggest you stay away from this dealership and their lot of LEMONS!

      That’s absolutely false not only you use F word and also insulted us you are also a liar ??!!! No one said anything about you being a woman as we also do not discriminate against anyone. Immediately as you call for your husband ( You were not here when this transaction took place and your name is not on any paperwork for this purchase ) we offered you to help your husband with the repairs for up to 50% and we honestly don’t have to because your husband purchased IT AS IS but we were willing to do that, and when you didn’t like that we asked to speak to the person who made the purchase because of our company private policies. But of course you didn’t like that and translate it like you wanted. On top of that you dropped the F word on us. Our vehicle was repaired and reconditioned like it needed to be, your husband and his dad drove it for a whole hour and they even left to go check other cars and came back and made a decision to buy our car. So please stop lying ?? we were helpful to you until you dropped the F word and yes normal respectful ladies don’t use that language not one time we insulated or disrespected you. As we all have women in our lives ( mothers, wife’s, sisters and daughters ?????) we will never disrespect a woman that’s how we were brought up!!!!?

      ladies, this company won’t let you handle your husbands business. what sense does that make? she can make doctors appointments and pay bills my name-but she can’t discuss an auto transaction? they just didn’t want to speak to her because of her gender. did she curse at them? yes, sure did. they flashed a check engine light and then blamed us? i have had SEVERAL PROFESSIONAL dealerships that have informed us of such. its sad when a professional dealership will fix their mistake for free and the own dealership won’t. these men will gaslight you and speak disrespectfully and then say “if that’s how you took it that’s on you” no, you were disrespectful. my father and i test drove the car in a small town with a billion stop lights,, of course we were gone for a long time. ALSO,, when we took it to a professional-they noticed that the cold air intake tubing was completely disconnected. does that sound like a dealership that fixes their cars before selling. they insulted my wife. she recorded the call so i could hear everything. i will never do business with them again

      Again sorry you guys feel that way. But you guys shouldn’t be recording anyone without their consent. We asked to speak to you because she was insulting us not because she’s a woman plus we have a company private policy we just needed you to get on the phone to give us permission to speak to your wife we didn’t know that was a crime!!! Again we offered to help with 50% of the repair cost when we didn’t have to because you did buy a used vehicle and it was AS IS you had the opportunity to check it out and drive it no one forced you to make a decision and we never pressured you. I’m glad you and your wife admit it that she insulted and cursed us.
