On 3-8-22 I ordered 4 pieces of fabric from Find X Designs for $56.56 with my *************** card. I received a receipt. I was to receive it in about 8 days. The Tracking # & info provided to me never showed that the pkg ever left their PO. I called several times, they tried to find it. Once they said it was delivered to my neighbor who then gave it to me!! That was totally false & was confirmed by my neighbor. They told me I should file on the insur. thru the PO but PO told me the shipper had to file for reimbursement since it was lost in the mail.. I asked if, since it had been so long, could they just send me a replacement pkg. since I really wanted that fabric. One person told me they still had the fabric but would have to ask the owner. Another person told me they had no more of the fabric so I asked for my money back. It had been over a month since I ordered it. She said she had to ask the owner. No one ever told me any remedy that the owner decided on. I felt like they were just putting me off & didn't want to deal with it. I called 4-12-22 & talked to ****************** who said she sent me an Email 5 days earlier. The Email said they had to get forms from the PO to file on the insur. Getting the forms would take 7 days. She said they would keep me informed. I asked if they would just refund my purchase price but she said they had to wait to get the insur. money from the PO before they could refund my money. I asked if they could send me a replacement pkg but she said the fabric was "OUT OF STOCK"! I had checked the website & it showed 3 of the 4 pieces were in stock. I asked if she would check for me but she said, "NOT NOW, WE ARE BUSY. WE HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN"! She had been very curt to me & very uncooperative. I said "but I am a customer & you have not treated me or my issue very well & I had been very patient & that she had been rude"! She said that she had other things to do, thanked me for calling & HUNG UP ON ME! I have waited too long!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/14) */ I am responding to the above complaint made by a customer in *****. She ordered four pieces of fabric on March 8, 2022,for a total of $56.56, including shipping. The customer called us to say that she did not receive her package along with another order that she made on the same day from a different store in *****. Once sufficient time had passed, we contacted the ****. At that point we learned that the customer had opened a case. Number ******** with the post office. We then called the post office and were told that the package was delivered and left with a neighbor. We contacted the customer with our findings. She denied that the package was delivered. We continued to pursue our search and were told again that the package was delivered. Talking to a different agent, ***, a new case ********* was opened. We were to wait three to five business dates for the results. This case was also closed the following Tuesday. At this point I called **** once more. I discussed how I would go about filing a claim. On April 7, 2022 the agent said she would send me a claim form in the mail and it would arrive five to seven business days. I immediately emailed the customer of the results of my call. On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, the customer called. I asked her if she had read the email I had sent on April 7. She had not and asked me what it said. I proceeded by telling her that we were waiting on a claim form to arrive. She went on and on about the loss of fabric that she wanted us to send her the fabric again. We sold the last of that fabric and repeatedly explained that to her. It was extremely busy that day and I politely told her that there were customers in the store and I had to leave the conversation and would get back to her when there was new information. On April 13, we received the **** claim form in the mail as well as this complaint. The **** claim form will be filled out today, April 14, as well as a call to the customer about the progress of our search. Our post office reported that there were seventeen customer inquiries from March 18, 2022 @ 10:30am through April 7, 2022 at 9:27am. We made a physical inquiry at our *******, ** office several times during the time period. Our ******* Post Office branch stated that they would be happy to speaks with you at **************.
