My son goes inside to pay for 20 dollars in gas on pump five which was the number they had on the pump not knowing all the pumps had different numbers than what they really was so the employee tells use that we al the wrong pump so I move to pump 5 it’s still not working I for them them know the pump still not working they tells me the money was put back on my card but it wasn’t up there the employee calls another employee by the name of ****** that was rude and had no customer service skills at at all and she tells me I have to wait a couple days that was nothing they could do about me getting my gas I paid for so the employee gets in touch wit the manager by the name of ******* that’s was extremely DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE! He ask me what was going on I explain to him I paid for gas pumps not work and that was my last 20 he tells me I have to wait a couple days for them to put my money back on my card for me to get my gas tell him I needed my gas or my money back or I was gone call the police his response was I DONT GIVE A **** WHAT YOU DO YOUR NOT GETTING YOYR ****** MONEY BACK and hang up the phone in my ear conversation was over wit I have never been so disrespected by a man and all my 36 years of living
