11/11/22 I paid 20.85 I ordered a pizza they have some weak rule that they don’t deliver in the hood after 5pm , I’ve have ordered things in the area being it was before 5 it was delivered with no issues I never knew that this was a rule that they had. I just moved into the area on my own and I’m a little under the weather I just got paid and my kids have been talking about pizza we had a deal to eat the pizza watch the movie and kick back for the weekend with all of us feeling bad this was going to be the start of the weekend and that was ruined for us . Not only do I have to take food out and cook I was told that there would be a delay on when I receive my food . This is in acceptable and if I was back i ******* bad neighborhood or not they’ll bring your food then I spoke to a rep who took my information down and re***ured me my food would be made then I get a order cancellation from the app & then on top of that they didn’t answer the phone when I was calling asking bout my food ! I’m disappointed & highly disgusted . If delivering in the hood is an issue It should be communicated via app when you order your food. But of course that’s not gonna happen because that’s discrimination. do better please signed a sick *** momma
