They had my truck over a month and when I went to pick it up the mirror on the drivers side was different from the passenger and the headliner was supposed to be replaced wasnt. So I wouldnt take the truck it took them another week to call us to come pick it up. This time we went to pick it up the turn signals on the mirrors wasnt working, the mirrors wouldnt move with the inside button, and the windows wouldnt roll down. The lady said the technician had already left for the day and since it was Friday it would be Monday before w they could look at it. If we wanted we could leave it or bring it back any day and the technician would look at it. We paid our deductible and took the truck. I called them today to let them know we was going to bring the truck and drop it off and pick it back up tomorrow and the lady I spoke with said you cant do that you gotta have a appointment and I told her what the other lady had told us but she didnt care she said we had to make appointment so I made one and its going to be a week before they can get it in. Im going to take it back to let them fix what they messed up, but I will never take another vehicle to them and would not recommend anybody to
