Took my vehicle to have ac compressor replace, I had ordered and recieved the day the original broke and I took to Blakes automotive, after getting vehicle home and inspecting I found bolts missing, skid plate bolts snapped off, trim clips missing and broken, the owner knew about it and said because I brought my own parts my service level was lower price was agreed upon and paid in advance this left my vehicle in an unsafe condition and the skid plate could have dropped and folded under engine causing damage and an accident. Very unprofessional and child like mentality. This shop needs to be investigated as I have found similar issues from others that had work done by this shop. I did try to give them the chance to make it right but the owner simply pointed the finger at me and kept stating if I had bought parts threw them the repairs would have been done correctly.Business response

I offered to address the concerns of the customer but they stated they will take care of themselves. When a customer supplies there own parts they are required to supply all parts they want replaced. We do not provide additional parts per liability reasons.
