I visited this restaurant on 7/31/23, Store # *****, on my way to work. I ordered a chicken wrap meal, and side of ************* after paying and leaving and getting to work (I work 35 miles away from restaurant and work night shift) I found that the only items in my bag were fries and the ************* I called the restaurant and talked to the manager *****, I told her that I could not come back that night but, would need to come in in 8/1/23 to get a refund, she told me that they could not give a refund the next day. Not even apologetic, she did not want to help at all, she said I would need to call corporate to get a refund. I called the corporate office and they were equally as rude, told me that I needed to get the refund from the restaurant, or that they would put a ticket in for a refund, and it would take **** days to get. Ridiculous, you got money instantly, when you make a mistake you should be wanting to make it right and refund immediately. I went to the restaurant in the morning 8/1/23, manager ***, another rude employee, along with 2 other employees (did not get there names- just as rude) tells me that I have to get the refund from corporate. SO WHICH IS IT Chick Fil A ??? You are supposed to be so big on customer service, but treat your customers terrible, when it was your mistake that caused the problem. So I paid $16.63 for food I didnt get, had no dinner at work, and no one that cared. This was s definitely not a pleasure!!
