I purchased a commercial freezer from CSI on 06/09/2021 at a cost of ******** My first call to CSI regarding the freezer was the following morning after delivery. We noticed large amounts of condensation outside the unit. Our contact was ***** and I sent her pictures and expressed our concerns. After a year of having the freezer it completely stopped working and we lost hundreds of dollars worth of food.Finally technicians were sent to check the Unit. They found the factory had failed to plug in necessary components. The extreme condensation was a result of components not activated. The techs also discovered the Unit was very low on freon and needing attention. About a year later the freezer went out again and we lost hundreds more dollars of food. I informed CSI that we no longer could trust the freezer and we were still under warranty. We requested they pick up the freezer and issue a refund. The freezer was picked up in November of 2023 and we've not been contacted or received the refundBusiness response

We have contacted ******************** and resolved the issue. We formally apologized for the problem and issued him a refund. ******************** will be contacting you via phone to confirm the matter is resolved.
