    On 5/21 I ordered from the Arby's app to pick up in ******, **. When I got to Shelby ********* they refused to give me my ************ mgr, ******, said I had to come inside. I had been at the lake- had t shirt on over a bathing suit. I told them I could not come in. There was no one in the drive through but me. ****** was rude and short with me. I drove to window and asked how I could get my refund. ****** said, "Your App, your problem." He shut the window on me, turned his back and walked away. I called the app, they said they would send in for a refund for me and I should have this in 2-3 days. Total for order was $36.35. My cards last 4 digits are ****. Phone number ************. I was promptly called by district manager ***********************, ************- who apologized and told me that the app number was how to get my money back. Very decent man and did a fabulous job of service recovery.On May 30th, I still did not have any refund. I called back the app number. The lady was very nice said she would resubmit for refund but that my complaint had read it was "resolved". She reiterated that if I got no food- I got my money back. Common sense you would think.Today, June 7th, 2023. Still no refund. I called the App number. Spoke with ****************** told me that my complaint record said it was resolved, that an apology letter and gift card for a free sandwich was sent to me and that I was not due a refund. I asked to speak with someone over him and he said there was no one there besides him I could speak to. He was not helpful and at this time I am getting upset and frustrated. I waited a few minutes and called back. Last call today- June 7, 2023- I believe the lady was named Beve. She also said the record said resolved. She listened and said she would put in for a refund from the leadership team. I feel Arby's has stolen from me. Please, please help me.
