I can't even give a rating due to my experience with this motel. Stayed there several times with no problems but this last stay was very disturbing. I've always been a respectful person to everyone I come in contact with. Never had any problems no matter where I go but this last stay here was completely uncalled for. I was working on my laptop and my brother in-law stopped to pick up some paperwork from me and then he was getting ready to leave and I was approached by the manager very rudely about only 2 people were staying in the room which I said yes and before I could say he was picking up paperwork and leaving, he starts to ask me why I moved the curtain on the window. I just lifted it to be able to get some outside light until it got dark. He rudely raised his voice and said do you see any of these rooms with the curtains up? I said no and I didn't understand why this was a huge problem for me to be able to open a curtain to just be able to look outside. Then he precedes to tell me that I will never stay here again and I told him that I was a paying customer and he shouldn't treat or speak to customers in that way. He yells and tells me to get the *** out. By this time I'm so upset and angry of how he could even speak to a customer or person for that matter in that way. I packed my things back into my car and drove up to get my money back and he says hold on so that he can check the room. At this point I'm very upset because now he wants to check the room so I'm assuming he thinks I would have stole something. Comes back and dangling my money in one hand saying key first. I get my money and he flips me off and says *** you "B". I've never been treated so badly in my entire life for nothing. I suggest anyone wanting to stay here better not have family that stops by. Plus, you are not allowed to have curtains or room door open. Treated like I was in prison.
