On July 11th thru July 14th, I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in *************. On my first day the first red flag was the fouls odor as you entered the hotel. I continued and just let that go, I checked in and went to my room . So before I went to bed which was around 9:00 or so , I jumped in the shower and I noticed that it was not hot , but at this time not cold either and I waited and waited , and then it went totally cold . I was very upset but too tired to address that night , and waited til morning . After discussing with the front desk, I explained what happened , and that I was so dissatisfied and would like to cancel the rest of the stay and find another hotel. I noticed that some of the towels were dirty , after I try to grab a towel I had to look thru 3 of them . The way the front desk stated that she could not cancel the room due to policy it had to be 24 hours advanced . She said she would put me in another room instead and hopefully the shower and everything else will be better ., upgraded to a suite and new towels . Then shower time, now the shower is not only warm again but low water pressure and I could not believe it ! So when I went out to dinner and came back I asked for the manager . This time to report the shower is still a huge issue , with no water pressure and warm not hot yet again . I explained that I told the front desk that I wanted to leave and oh for my one night and canceled the other two nights again they stated we do not give refunds , so for the 3rd time they changed my room yet again , they had no maintenance person there . This was outrageous and poor customer service at the highest level , and lack of regard for The consumer . When you go to a hotel it is an expense and you want it to be clean , comfortable , everything working properly and good sound service . This place is a nightmare and I was recommended to try a country inn and suites by my friend , which is why I did . Never again . They gave 35., vs letting me leav
