We had a new roof installed by Lanes Contracting. We have had leaks every since. Different spots on roof and roof vent leaks. They never return phone calls. When they have come out I'm usually not home, they say they fixed the issue but my roof is still leaking. They have never offered to fix ceiling that's messed up because of the leaks. I have tried to work this out with the business but now I feel I have no choice but to involve someone else. I just want my roof fixed for good, any damage inside or out fixed. I can take pictures and send if needed.Thank you

We have contacted the customer and resolved the leak as well as take care of the inside paint repairs that were needed. Customer has been in contact and she is very pleased with the repairs that were made. We appreciate her giving us a chance to stand by our work and to get the issue resolved quickly.

Two storms have revealed poor workmanship around our chimney with water trickling down through the ceiling and the brick (see photo). I notified the company immediately and was told someone would come to take care of it. No one came that week. I notified the company again and was assured that someone would be there that week. So now we are into week three and still no response. I changed my original five-stars review because I don't want to mislead anyone. It is frustrating to save up money for a roof, pay the contractor on-time in good faith, then be left wondering if something will get done before the starts turning yellow and falling in.Business response
