Do not work with this company. I am an independent pool driver. This company hired me to drop there pool off at a location for them in April **** and paid me with a bounce check and refused to pay me. I supplied the service and was not paid for it. DO Not *****************Review from Kate T

Dont walk run! Do not hire this pool company. Biggest scam I have ever witnessed and dealt with. Zero communication, money up front with no work completed, rude, doesnt pay their sub contractors, liens on properties, crappy work,. And so much more! They are selling pools like crazy and never fulfilling your order , and never completing the work! We hired them march 27,2022. And never had permits pulled till June 2022. One year later may 14 2023- we have a messy job of a pool installed- no education on how to use it. Heater doesnt work properly, coping isnt done right , pool wasnt installed properly, and much more- **** has totally ghosted **.. and we still need a final inspection once our fence is complete. If I had not messaged and called everyday - we would not have what we have now. Its been a total nightmare of an experience. Owner has been arrested for not completing work.and Ive had multiple people reach out to me about their experience as well! So Buyers beware !!!! Do not purchase from this company!Review from John A

Material delay was frustrating and is the reason for 4 stars. But pool looks great. Ended up going with travertine instead of concrete. My wife and I are very happy how everything turned out! Can't wait to use in the summer.Review from Gary P

Fantastic experience!! I was nervous after reading the reviews but decided to give them a chance. So happy I did. Communication was key for me. ***** was in constant communication with me and went out of his way to make sure I understood every step of the project. Thanks again to all the Tidal Pool Team. This company took our 20% deposit and never provided any service. I won a judgment against them for breach of contract and the owner **** ******* never even showed up. We are now filing criminal charges for theft. Don’t do business with this company…they seem family oriented and the sales man Paul is a real pro at convincing you to hand over the cash “to get your project immediately started” Run and run fast away from doing business with them!Review from RUDE1 F

Well, we are currently waiting on a refund from Tidal Pools. I transferred $9,705.80 down payment for the sole purpose of them ordering the pool. That was back in April 2022, they never ordered the pool and installation was to take place last month. So now I've been requesting for a full refund since they broke contract. I have started an email and text conversation trail for me to take this company to court. Unfortunately the owner has stopped answering my text and emails. If this matter is not solve within a timely manner I will use the social media to make sure no Veteran in the **** ******* *** ****** *****, NC area uses this company.Review from jiu0827

This pool company is the biggest scam. They have not followed through on anything they said. They screwed up our liner and in good faith wrote a change order to fix it. They ordered the liner but have no intention on putting it in. They have consistently pushed back the date. The owner Eric is so rude and I am not sure how he even runs a business. I would run! Now I get to find a new liner company and take him to court for not following through on a contract.
