      On January 18 2023 at 9:02AM I received a confirmation email from HeathbyNaturals for an order I placed shortly before the confirmation. I ordered a 120 count bottle of FL-Adrafinil 150mg. I paid and was charged $151.50 which included Express 2 day shipping. From then until now when I check my order on there website it reads "Your order is confirmed Weve accepted your order, and were getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." When I check ***** tracking for my order it reads "A delivery date will be provided when we receive your package from the shipper." I have sent numerous emails to both of their business emails and called numerous times leaving a message but received no answer. I was charged the $151.50 which is a lot of money. I have all bank statements to show it was charged and not returned. The oder and shipping number will be attached from the confirmation email.

      We always strive to go above and beyond our customer's expectations. 

      Per customer's request a full refund has been made and new product sent out.

      We reached out to the customer as shown below and also listed in documents attached, and have had no response, but this *** be because the customer is not getting our emails on their comcast.net email. We also attempted to reach customer via phone but have been unable to reach them.

      We have done a deep dive in an effort to understand why your emails were not answered.  We would not just ignore our customers' emails especially when their packages do not arrive. 

      Our policy is to send out a free replacement when ********** loses a package and we would surely have taken care of you if we had known. Although we are getting your emails now, we absolutely did not receive your previous emails regarding the missing orders. We have done a comprehensive check and we do not have them, not even in spam.
      As we began trying to understand why this would be, we noticed the email was coming from comcast.net, so we researched why we *** not have received emails from comcast.net and we found issues as shown in the links at the end of this communication.

      We trust you have already received your refund and your shipment, but in an effort to understand why this happened better and to address the issue the best that we can in the future for customers that *** use comcast.net we would appreciate it very much if you *** be willing to jump on a quick call with us at your convenience. Please let us know of anytime that *** work for you.

      Health Naturals strives to always exceed every customer's expectations. We are sorry to hear that you feel like you have had a less than exceptional experience. 

      The shipping team shipped the order the same day it was placed. The order arrived within five days, which is within the **** First-Class shipping option chosen for this order. The customer care team attempted to contact via phone by the number left on the order in an attempt to understand why the customer was unhappy but the number says the subscriber is not in service. Attached are two documents showing the order was shipped and fulfilled within five days.

      Again, we always want to go above and beyond your expectations. We thank you for being our customer and we hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back again in the furture.

      My sister was here last July, 2021 for vacation and bought online, by Health by Naturals. She bought the product on July 22, 2021 . The item was Nootropic Mind, the cost was $48.99 and on her bank statement appears under the name of Live Oak Nutrition. Purchase was on Healthbynaturals.com. The product never arrived but they took the money from her credit card. My sister has to come back to my country without the product. I was calling several times to this number **************, nobody answered, just an answering machine. I left a message, and nobody called me back. I've sent emails to ******************************************************** asking for the product or my sister's money return. I have my sister's bank statement picture the credit card number. My sister's name is **************************************, her credit card was from ****.I need some help with this because they didn't send a tracking number or order number, but they took the money from her credit card the same day and hour. I will appreciate your help with this. ***************************.

      The business responded stating that they do not see any orders from this consumer or her sister in their system. They stated that if the checkout was left abandoned with a pending charge then it would have been reversed back to the consumers card. No order was placed for the consumer.

      My sister didn't receive any refund. If it was the case why am I calling several times? lefting messages and nobody answer? for that reason I am doing by BBB, to have any help. We are not that kind of people that take advantage. I asked my sister to see her bank statement every now and then, in the past months, and no money back. Why the company took too long for an answer? Live Oak Nutritions or healthybynaturals.com I need my sister's refund, because there were no product and no refund in her bank statement.
