ADGA seriously needs to make **************** a priority. They also apparently need to get professional help with management since they are so backlogged.My current problem: I can't log in. For some reason my password is not accepted any longer. I have a balance of funds with ADGA that I cannot access as a result. I have goats to transfer and register and I am not able to.I have tried in vain to reach them by phone and message. They only accept calls between 1 to 4 pm daily. And you stay on hold during the entire time. ADGA should be under a Class Action Lawsuit for taking people's money and providing little to no service.

I have no clue what is wrong with this business, they have a ticket customer service and have not responded, have returned certificates with no notes or nothing to explain why said buck wasnt registered or when it will be, this is months in the process and I get no responses from anyone! Majority of goat people have open tickets and have for two years! what is going on? Horrible, they need to be shut down and let AGS take over since they seem to be able to handle the work load!!

This association has never let me down and continues to show that they are trying to amend an overall poor program implementation.

ADGA steals your money. I had money, time, and energy invested in milk stars for my does. They didn't award the stars due them. Also, I order 6 DNA test, paid for them, and they refused to send them. I decided to forgo the $200 they ***** in DNA tests and get my herd directly tested through ** *****. ADGA refuses to give me the case numbers for my previously tests goats. They do not answer phone calls or emails. BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT do business with this company!!!

Pathetic Registry no communication take money and do not give proper paperwork in reasonable amount of time zero personal help wont answer a phone messed up software for extensive periods of time dealing with Breeding goats this is totaly unacceptable practice for any registry approximately going on for 2 years

We pay a fee to be members you expect service. I have attempted calling 5 times to handle a transfer on a goat to another individual. On the phone I was held one day for 2 hours only to be hung up on, all the other attempts after long waits still no answer. Before writing the review, I waited until 1-3-22 bc they were starting a new phone answering system. After a wait, yet again hung up on me. Opened a email ticket 3 weeks ago and still no answer. When paying for a service, I like many others at least expect a timely response. There are breeders out there like myself that affects the buying and selling of goats. Not impressed by their obvious neglect. I will say on another experience with ADGA after waiting 3 hours on the phone, the lady that answered at that time was very rude to me. I have heard other breeders say their experience with ADGA has made them want to get out of breeding dairy goats, myself I am coming to that same conclusion. It should not be such a difficult task to get paperwork on animals and questions answered if they arise.
