**********************, charged me $50 to come look at my refrigerator on April 28, 2023. He told me that it needed a compressor which cost a a discount price $475 plus a wire I needed for $150 plus labor cost at $160. I paid him for all parts and paid him for Labor he placed the compressor in and told us that it was not working bcuz we need a new fan bcuz the fan was not turning. He was supposed to come back to fix the fan but he did not come back or answer any of my calls or text messages. I had another company to come look at my kenmore refrigerator and they took pictures of his work and told me that he did not finish welding the part together and did a terrible job and notified me that on most kenmore refrigerators have to be programmed after having a compressor installed and every compressor has a warning label on it letting the customer know that the refrigerator has to be programmed after installation so he was fully aware of this. He took my money and ran off. I would like a full refund for the parts and labor which is a total of $$835, which includes First day visit $50, two parts $475 for compressor and $150 for a wire/plug and $160 for labor.
