On April 13th 2021 I ordered a door from this company with a promised delivery date of 8/9 weeks June 19th at the latest is what I was promised. I did not receive the door until August 30th and the entire process was horrible the franchise owners wife would get mad and yell at me when I asked for weekly updates even when I was told twice that the door had been manifested for delivery and it somehow didn't make the truck. Even after I got my door and my payment plan obligation had started I still hadn't received the screen door that went with it. So now I am being forced to pay for a product and I haven't received it in it's entirety. After expressing the concern weeks after weeks passed and was told me screen door would be delivered and installed on October 11th I waited all day and did not receive a call or my door. I called this morning October 12th just to be told that the door will be delivered next Monday instead. I have not received my product and still being asked to pay.Business response

Yesterday October 12th he called in yelling thinking we 'no showed' him for the day before October 11th. Before install of the door, we tried to explain multiple times the delays in manufacturing and we were in constant contact with the plant trying to receive the door and meet his deadline. I will speak with Niki over the phone calls. I apologize for the inconvenience, this issue will be resolved Monday October 18th. Please call or email if you have any other questions. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is not true the lady who answered the phone was rude a disrespectful. I never once yelled at her. She told me one date and I am to assume she scheduled another by mistake. Her entire level of professionalism is subpar at best and the owner shouldn't make up lies to defend the employees actions regardless of their martial status it is laughable for him to admit to me on the phone he didn't hear the conversation and tell you how it happened. I will not call and issue resolved by his lies
