I believe that the dealership committed a consumer fraud. they sold me a defected vehicle with prior knowledge of the issues. ***y lied about the actual miles. *** car broke down the next day after delivery and it is still in the shop after two and a half month. *** dealership also charged me a fee to get me the registration card and license plate but they never filed for them. *** sold me the lemon vehicle for ********************************* *** are not taking any of my calls.Business response

We're very sorry to hear that **************** hasn't been satisfied with their purchase from our dealership. He had purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 GMC ****** **** with very low miles. The vehicle was sold with the balance of the factory warranty as well as the *** benefits. This was a case of an unexpected mechanical failure following the purchase. Due to the long distance, the repairs were completed by a local GM dealer closer to our client. At the time, we offered **************** the opportunity to exchange the vehicle with a different one but he declined. This was beyond the *** exchange allowance of 3-Day/150 miles in good faith. Otherwise, we do not have an exchange or a return policy.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:If they they were truly sorry they should have never sold me the lemon vehicle in the first place. The dealership knew all along that the vehicle had a mechanical problem and still sold it to me. THIS IS A CONSUMER FRAUD. Although it was a certified preowned, the vehicle was never sold or owned by a private owner with an advertised 168 miles. So it was technically new. The dealership never offered an equivalent exchange, but rather was trying to make another sale off his lot by trying to unload another vehicle of lesser value and different make and model. They refused to give me my money back in full from day one. They also charged me a huge fee for registration and documentation around $1400 and still did not send me my plates or even applied to the ** motor vehicle as I was informed by **MV that the vehicle is not in their system. Further the vehicle until today is at the repair shop not drivable and I have not seen it since. Roma the manger is untrustworthy and not a man of his word. He promised to reimburse my towing and auto rental fees and never did. The dealership stopped taking my calls shortly after the sale and blocked my number. Finally, their answer is generic and weightless just as I expected.

Tell us why We have offered many different options to rectify the situation with ****************, including a refund or vehicle exchange but both were declined by ****************. **************** had his legal team reach out on his behalf, hence why our communications have ceased as advised directly. We strive to take care of all our clients to the best of our ability.
